FXGT minimum deposit and deposit methods
What FXGT.com says about the minimum deposit for each account, how its deposit methods are grouped, who charges fees, and how long it takes.
Published ・ MyBrokerBonus Editorial

When you open an account with FXGT.com (FXGT), the first questions are how much you must deposit and how you can pay. This guide covers just those two things, using what FXGT writes on its own pages. Bonus terms are explained in other guides, so they are left out here.
Amounts and times appear only in the table below, never in the text, because FXGT can change them. The table is rebuilt from this site’s data every time the site is updated. Read the official page for the current details before you deposit.
1. FXGT deposit facts at a glance
The broker’s basic facts are in one table. Only the items we could confirm are shown. A missing row means we could not confirm it on the official pages. The account types row shows each account’s minimum deposit, and the payment methods, deposit fee and deposit time rows cover how you pay.

2. Think of the minimum deposit as three different numbers
“Minimum deposit” can mean three separate things. The account types row in the table shows the first one, the account minimum.
- 1The account minimumSet per account type
The smallest first deposit the broker asks for on that account. The table on this page shows this one.
- 2The deposit-method minimumSet per way of paying
Bank transfer, card, e-wallet and crypto can each have their own lowest amount. It can be higher than the account minimum.
- 3The bonus minimumSet per offer, or none
A deposit bonus can ask for its own minimum. Some offers state none. It is written in that offer's terms.
A low account minimum does not mean every method or bonus accepts that amount. Check all three on the official pages.
You can compare the account minimums in the table. A low account minimum does not help if the method you pick has a higher minimum of its own, because that higher number then sets what you can deposit. Check each method’s minimum on the deposit screen or the official page.
The third number, the bonus minimum, depends on the bonus. For FXGT’s deposit bonus, one sentence in the terms matters here.
The Welcome Bonus is available in selected regions for verified clients making their first deposit into a Standard or Mini live trading account.
FXGT.com, official page
What it means. The bonus applies to a first deposit into a live Standard or Mini account, and only in some regions for verified clients. The sentence does not list the regions and does not say how a deposit made some other way is treated. If you plan to use the bonus, check this on the official page before the first deposit. The full terms are explained in How to read the FXGT deposit bonus terms.
3. How the deposit methods are grouped
FXGT groups its deposit methods in three.
- 1CardDebit or credit card
FXGT describes it as a simple way to fund the account. The card company or payment provider may add its own fee.
- 2E-walletMajor e-wallets
FXGT describes it as an instant deposit. Which wallets you can use depends on your region, so check the client portal.
- 3Bank transferFor larger deposits
FXGT describes it as suited to large deposits. Processing starts after the funds are sent, and your bank may take longer.
For each group, the lowest amount, fee, and time to arrive can differ. Read them on the official page for your region.
Which methods you can use depends on your region, and FXGT’s own page tells you to check the client portal. Which cards or e-wallets are accepted is not recorded in this site’s data. Check the deposits and withdrawals page on the official site.
Caution
FXGT's site says it is not aimed at residents of Japan, the United States, Canada, EU member states and some other places. Before you deposit, check on the official page and in the terms whether you can open an account where you live.
4. Fees and how long a deposit takes
Two parties decide what a deposit costs.
Set by FXGT
FXGT says it will not charge a deposit fee without telling you first and getting your consent.
Set by the bank or payment provider
For bank transfers and cards, the bank or payment provider can charge a fee of its own. That fee is outside FXGT's.
The total you pay can include both sides. The amounts and times for FXGT are in the table above.
FXGT says it will not charge a deposit fee without telling you first and getting your consent. For bank transfers and cards, though, the bank or payment provider can add a fee of its own, and that fee is separate from FXGT’s.
The time a deposit takes also depends on the method. A bank transfer starts to be processed after the funds are sent, and some banks take longer. If you are in a hurry, check the expected time for each method on the official page before you choose one.
Point
A minimum deposit is the smallest amount you can start with, not an amount we suggest. Put in only money you can afford to lose.
5. Before you make the first deposit
- Decide which account type you want and check its minimum in the table and on the official page.
- Check which deposit methods work in your region on the official page and in the client portal.
- For the method you pick, check its minimum, fees and expected time.
- Check whether you can open an account where you live.
- If you want a bonus, read its terms before the first deposit.
To compare minimum deposits across brokers, see Minimum deposit by broker. For the conditions of FXGT’s no-deposit bonus, read FXGT no-deposit bonus: conditions and how to claim it.
Risks to keep in mind
Trading with leverage can lose money quickly. Even a small minimum deposit can be lost in full. This guide does not recommend any broker. Before you open an account, read the broker’s full terms, and only trade with money you can afford to lose.
