How we collect and use personal information.

Introduction
MyBrokerBonus (“we”, “the site”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Email subscription: your email address, country, email language, the date and time you signed up and confirmed, and the version of the sign-up form you agreed to.
Use of the site: the pages viewed and actions such as clicks on links to brokers. This information does not identify you.
Promotional notices: we measure how many times a promotional notice (marked Ad or PR) is shown, clicked or closed. This count does not identify you.
Country of your connection: when you first open the site, our server works out the country your connection comes from. We do not store your IP address.
We do not collect your name, passwords or payment details.
2. How we use information
We use the information to send the emails you subscribed to, to keep a record of your consent, to answer your enquiries, and to understand and improve how the site is used.
For users in the EU and the UK, our legal basis is your consent for emails, and our legitimate interest in running and improving the site for analytics.
3. Retention
We keep your email address and consent record while you are subscribed and for 1 year after you unsubscribe or after the last email, and then delete them.
5. Service providers
We use Cloudflare, Inc. to host the site and measure traffic, Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) to measure how the site is used, and an email delivery provider to send our emails. They handle information only as needed to provide these services. These providers may process information outside your country.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use two analytics tools. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, uses cookies (_ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier, kept for up to 2 years) to tell visits apart and to count pages viewed, the pages you came from and your approximate location. We do not use it for advertising or to identify you, and we do not send your email address to it. Google may process this data outside your country. For visitors from the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, measurement runs in a mode that places no cookies (Google Consent Mode, analytics storage denied). We show no consent banner; instead you can turn both tools off for this browser at any time with the button below (Google Analytics is then not loaded), or block them in your browser settings. Deleting the _ga cookies in your browser settings removes the identifier.
Apart from those, the site itself sets one cookie, mbb_cc. It holds only the two-letter country code worked out from your connection, for 1 year, and is used only to change what is displayed (for example, marking offers that may not be available in your country). It does not hold your IP address or anything that identifies you, and it is not used for advertising. You can delete it in your browser settings.
7. Settings stored in your browser
Your country choice, your analytics choice and your display theme are saved in your browser’s local storage. They are not sent to our server. You can delete them below.
8. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or ask us to stop using it. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in each email. If you live in the EU or the UK, you also have the right to object and to complain to a data protection authority. Contact us at info@mybrokerbonus.com.
9. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
10. Links to other sites
This site links to broker websites. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page.
